THE ARCH Building at Seattle Convention Center
The Seattle Convention Center (SCC), formerly the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC), is a convention center in Seattle, Washington, United States with exhibition halls and meeting rooms. The entire facility was renamed to the Seattle Convention Center in 2022, with the first two buildings named "The Arch", located along Pike Street and the recent expansion named "The Summit" on the north side of Pine Street.
The selected venue for World Congress 2024 is the Arch building.

Please follow these instructions to make an individual hotel room reservation.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
To book your room at conference or government rate, you must make your reservation through Conference Direct, the official World Congress 2024 Housing Bureau. The contracted deadline for booking hotel rooms through the Housing Bureau is June 21st. You will not be charged when you make your reservation with the Housing Bureau.*
Please make sure to obtain an accurate and complete bill from your hotel upon check out at the end of your visit.
Changes to your room reservations can be made through the housing portal until June 25, 2024. Cancellations after April 26, 2024 are subject to a Housing Bureau fee of $50.00. Changes to existing rooms reservations after June 25th must be made directly with the hotels.
* NOTE: A valid credit card must be on file to hold the reservation for all hotels. At Hyatt Regency only, the hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room and tax on or after June 19th, 2024.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
To qualify for a group block you must have ten (10) or more rooms on peak. It is acceptable that shoulder nights may require less rooms based on arrival / departure schedules.
All Subblock Submissions MUST go through the Official Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect. Please do not contact hotels directly to request a subblock within the contracted blocks.
All changes and cancellations must be made through ConferenceDirect through June 21, 2024.The housing bureau will create your sub-block and send further booking instructions within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
