GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Car service is available to the Gaylord Texan Resort from the airport, by reservation. Please call 817-778-2400 to make a reservation. All charges are on your own. If you decide to drive, Hertz is a Gaylord Hotels preferred partner for car rentals.
Grapevine has several options to navigate around the city. The Merlot route stops directly at the Gaylord Texan. The shuttle is complimentary for all riders and will take you to various areas around Grapevine. Please note, the shuttles do not currently run on Monday or Tuesday.
